Meet Delegate – Elect Paul Krizek! Krizek will serve as the House Delegate for the 44th District, representing Mt. Vernon Virginia. Krizek is a pro-choice champion whose long record of public service shows a steadfast commitment to bettering the lives of marginalized Virginia women and families.

Krizek is dedicated to helping those communities that need it most. He served as a longtime immigrant constituent services staffer and legislative aide to Congressman Jim Moran. Continuing his commitment to social justice, Krizek went on to serve as Executive Director of Running Strong, an organization focused on helping American Indian Youth accomplish their goals. For the past sixteen years, Krizek has served as Chief Counsel and Vice President of Christian Relief Services, a Mt Vernon based organization that provides homes for abused women, children. He has also supported numerous Democratic candidates during his time as Mount Vernon and Fairfax County’s Democratic Party Chairman.

Krizek’s commitment to advancing social justice extends to his pro-choice principles; In fact, he is rated 100% pro-choice by NARAL Pro–Choice Virginia. Demonstrating that religion and pro-choice values are not mutually exclusive, he maintains deep ties to his local church, where he works as a Sunday School teacher. His impressive resume shows a remarkable commitment to social justice, ranging from his tenure as a Trustee of Women and Families Trust Fund of Virginia, to the Chairman of the County Taskforce on Welfare Reform.
